Process Control in Production Lines

Latest Developments and Future Trends

The workshop will include a series of lectures from industrial and scientific presenters addressing the current status and future trends of process control in production for different applications such as sputtering and PECVD. A special session is dedicated to machine learning (ML) and AI in future production processes.

On the second day, participants will have the opportunity to engage with latest process control equipment through practical experimentation at coaters of the Fraunhofer IST.

Over the course of these two days, the event also provides a platform for discussion and networking.

The workshop takes place at the Fraunhofer IST in Braunschweig, Riedenkamp 2, D-38108 Braunschweig.
